One of my favourite spots in Miami, almost a regular here now. Great decor, vibes, service and food. 100% recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The ambience was warm and inviting, the service was impeccable, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of, and the attention to detail was evident. The only downside was my entrée—the caballo with the fried egg on top. Unfortunately, it was overly greasy and lacked the creativity and flavor I was hoping for. It felt very basic compared to the rest of the meal, which was outstanding.

Found this place on the internet and it had good reviews so decided to try it with two of my girlfriends. The menu is very creative. Food was delicious, atmosphere was very nice, and it was lively but not too noisy. Would definitely recommend.

Chimba is the perfect spot—great food, awesome vibes, and amazing cocktails. The flavors are on point, and the atmosphere is just right. Definitely coming back, once more.

Chimba is a must-visit in Miami! Incredible South American flavors, amazing cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. The Ceviche Nikkei and Lomo Saltado were perfection, and the service was top-notch. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was terrible. We ordered five dishes, and we only liked one appetizer, which was a patacón. The rest were very bad—the octopus, the beef milanesa, and the pasta were just okay. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, you go to a restaurant for the food.

Lomo soltado was good. Light on the protein. Server was attentive and very professional. She was fantastic. Knew the menu well and was very helpful. The Milanese was a bit under seasoned. We will definitely come back.
