We’ve had dinner at Chicago Q several times in the past. The food was delicious in the past. The Thanksgiving meal was not. The stuffing was extremely dry and what was served as roasted turkey was not roasted turkey. The cut of prime rib was thin and not very good quality. The pecan pie was not pecan pie. We brought guest from out of town and the meal was very disappointing. We will not be returning.

My friends and I were in the mood to eat ribs and Chicago q was one of the first to show up on google. A good friend who I once trusted with food recs, JD said she had a positive experience there before so we made a 6 person reservation. To our disappointment the food (the ribs and other bbq mains) came out quite flat. On top of lack luster food, overly tangy sauces, the service seemed a bit lacking considering the restaurant was nearly empty. They played a lot of Luke combs songs and I can appreciate that. Prolly won’t be coming back here unless JD picks up the tab. My buddy Joe hated the chicken sandwich too.

We were a little underwhelmed considering we had heard great things before coming here. Service was great and the cocktails we each had were amazing, but the food was just average.

Great food and service. Excellent salads and entrees. The sauces served with the meat were great. Love the cornbread as a side. Great place. We will be back.

I ordered brisket Benedict sauce on the side. It came smothered in the hollandaise. I sent it back and they redid it but the eggs had obviously been made earlier. They were cold, and by now my husband was done eating. He had a waffle and eggs snd bacon. The waffle was very hard and dry. The food used to be better and we won’t go back.

We expected a cozy, warm restaurant, but to our surprise the restaurant, was pretty brightly lit and lacked a little bit in the ambience aspect. The drinks were really yummy, but the food was pretty subpar. I do not regret coming here, but I do not think I will find myself wanting to come here another time, other than maybe for a drink and their complimentary homemade chips.

Pork chop was left in the smoker way too long and I was very disappointed, while the Mac in cheese with bacon was amazing and the sweet potato mash was very good.
