HOTEL GUESTS: please call 415-735-7777 for reservations To reserve on Friday or Saturday evenings, a non-refundable $10 reservation fee per person will apply. This fee guarantee's seating space. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fee will not be refunded. Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality. Our goal is an accurate depiction of our availability to allow our staff to better accommodate you. Please note on Friday & Saturday night (5pm - Close), reservations of 3 or more, a minimum food & beverage spend of $50 per person is required. We look forward to welcoming you!

Celebrate New Year's Eve at San Francisco's sexiest rooftop, Charmaine's, located at the San Francisco Proper Hotel. Admission is $250 per person (price excludes tax, gratuity, and fees) and includes open bar access, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a champagne toast at midnight. Be sure to purchase your ticket before 12/26 as prices may increase and space is limited. Walk-ins will be welcome on first come first served basis, price still applies.
