Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

    We took my daughter out for a nice dinner after the Nutcracker and was incredibly disappointed. Not sure if the order wasn't put in with the kitchen but we waited 45 minutes for our food while everyone around us who were seated after us were served before us, and two of our dishes (halibut/scallops) sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The check came with a 20% service charge which we would have been fine with if the food and service warranted such a generous tip. Not a very impressive wine list either. Will not be planning to return or suggest to friends.

    Food wasn't very good.. only ate 2 courses out of the 5. Auto gratuity to every bill, no matter the party size. Beautiful restaurant, great service.

    We were there for Christmas dinner. Our server was amazing we really loved them. Our food was mostly great every course, except weirdly the main course. They were undercooked. We reluctantly sent it back and still not great. Other than that the location was wonderful the atmosphere beautiful and festive.

    The view is amazing but the food was lacking flavor and the salad was soggy. Service was great though.

    Charlotte is a great, almost-hidden gem in this part of Seattle. The food is top-notch. We're vegan, and we're impressed with the number of vegan options available. You can't beat the view, either. We're locals. This was our first time, but we'll be back.

    Amazing space and quality service! Space is beautiful and staff was prompt, caring and respectful. Food was delicious, spicy and different, I had the seasonal pasta. Would absolutely come back!
