From the moment we were sat Daniel made sure we were taken care of. He was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. While providing friendly banter he also shared details about the dishes so we could order what best suited the things we love. Daniel made our dining experience spectacular and while the food was exceptional without his service the experience would not be the same.

This was my 2nd time here and both times were great. The food was delicious (highlight of the night was the foie gras ( sp?) and our server, Devin, was an absolute delight and catered to our every need.

Fabulous! The food was fresh and deliciously prepared. We went for brunch and members in our group enjoyed the American breakfast, the chicken and waffles, salmon Caesar, French toast from the children’s menu and the Crab Cake Benedict. Everyone treated all of us so well. We will be making this our go to place in Seattle for brunch.

Food was okay, but was overpriced. Service was okay but not excellent. Went there for my birthday brunch, no mention of it by any of the staff even though indicated on the reservation. Was able to sit at a window table as requested. Would recommend it if you are staying at the hotel for convenience.

You have to try the desserts - they are amazing and cannot be missed. Love the vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options for all courses.

From the greeting, to the quality of food and even the cleanliness of the restrooms, everything was perfect. This was my first and definitely not last time visiting Charlotte!
