We had a reservation for a party of 8 initially, and when we got to the hostess, the hostess said we could not be sat until we had 80% of our party. Unfortunately, 3 people were unable to male it at the last minute, dropping our count to 5 people. At this time, we had 4 out of the 5 people in the lobby. I asked the hostess if we could be seated as we had 80% of our party, and she said no, we had to wait for the 5th person. I said that is not what you told us before. Then the hostess decided to take us to our table. Upon getting to our table, she proceeded to seat us a table for 4 and said she would move us to another table once the 5th person comes. I told the hostess that was not right when we had a reservation for more than 4 people, and there was a table for 5 right next to us. Finally, after asking to speak to the manager, she let us sit at the table for a party of 5. The server approached the table with an attitude. After we ordered drinks, she started to be nice. While eating, we asked the servers coming around with meat for meat buy were repeatedly ignored while they served other tables. We finally had enough and asked the server for the manager again. Finally, we hear the manager telling the servers to vote by our table to serve us meat. Unfortunately, by that time, we were no longer interested and feeling discriminated upon. The manager then offered me a drink and a desert as it was my birthday and he could see how disappointed I was. However, $20 for the drink and dessert did not compare or make it acceptable for the $400 we spent. As this restaurant was my selection of choice for my birthday, I felt bad that my friends spent a lot of money at this establishment to leave disappointed. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and will mostly not return to this establishment. I hope no one has to experience the disappointment like we did.

Highly disappointed that I made reservations through open table and in every website, Apple Maps and google maps were stating you were open today from 5-9. My friends and I showed up and it was closed. I was excited to have a great dinning experience for my birthday, especially since I came back from out of town and wanted to enjoy my friends company. Hopefully whoever is in charge of the websites and maps would update it so no one else gets disappointed.

I made a reservation for 7pm I arrived at 6:50pm and they gave me my table at 7:40pm very bad service I waited almost 1 hour and with reservación!!!!

We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.

Love the food and service. No sides though. I think there used to be table sides and I guess they’re all on the salad bar. It’s all in one big room so noise level is high. Great service

There was some confusion about the availability of the buffet only option, which the waitress didn’t articulate when we ordered. My water glass was not filled promptly. Food was okay, I remember it being better, probably because we were there during lunch service.

My daughter enjoyed her 30th birthday dinner. Food way tasty, service good. Total bill was a bit steep most likely due to the alcoholic beverages purchased by the birthday girl and her spouse.

Two hostesses stand at the bar talking than paying attention to customers. I had to request the drink and desserts instead of offering.
