Das Centrolina ist ein italienisches Restaurant und Markt im neuen CityCenterDC in Washington. Es befindet sich im Besitz des in der Region ansässigen Küchenchef Amy Brandwein. Die Osteria bietet täglich zum Mittag- und Abendessen eine saisonale, täglich wechselnde Speisekarte mit authentischen und innovativen italienischen Gerichten. Die Speisekarte von Küchenchef Brandwein wird von den Jahreszeiten, der italienischen Regionalität und der Produktvielfalt des angrenzendens Markts des Küchenchefs inspiriert. Der Markt bietet eine Auswahl von importierten italienischen Spezialitäten, Fleisch aus der Region, nachhaltigen Fisch und Produkte von Bauern in der Region. Die Küche des Centrolina produziert täglich handgemachte, frische Pasta sowie Saucen, Antipasti und Vorspeisen zum Mitnehmen. Die Bäckerei des Centrolina umfasst eine täglich wechselnde Auswahl an Biscotti, Crostata und Kuchen sowie in der Region hergestelltes Brot von Bread Furst und eine Barista Bar mit Bedienung, wo Sie Kaffee der Marke Vigilante erhalten.

The tasting menu changes weekly and is available on most Thursday and Friday at 7pm. Limited seating is available. Dinner is $175/person, with an optional wine pairing for $125/person. Please note we can typically accommodate alterations for most allergies, preferences, and dietary restrictions. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the ambiance is people. Centrolina is my favorite restaurant for work lunches in downtown DC.

This is one of DC's best restaurants. The menu is consistently creative, well executed, and varied, and the use of quality ingredients is constant and apparent.

Wonderful food! We went for lunch. We had the chicken, flounder, tortellini, and sea bass. Also had starter salads. We all raved about our meals. Server was very friendly and attentive.

Amazing. Loved the antipasti, esp the yellowtail. The pastas were complex and delicious (although I thought reginette was a long wavy shape, not a stuffed pasta). We split the merluzzo with mushrooms, but I could have eaten a whole order of that flavor combo by myself! Will def go back, but prices are steep, so not something I would do every month!
