Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person.
