    My husband and I had one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Aruba! We went with the special for $65. I had the Empanaditas de Pollo a la Caya, Fricassee de Pollo and the Delicia de Limon for dessert (gorgeous presentation) And he had the Chicharron y Camaron, Estofado de Cordero and Tres Leches. Portions were great and our server Arleigh couldn’t have been better. Overall great experience.

    Scallops Cerviche app was excellent. Eggplant entree very unique and tasty. Vegas brownie with raspberry sauce delectable.

    Overall the food was really good. Nice ambiance. Quiet enough that you can easily talk to the person across the table. But if you want a better experience than I had, DO NOT sit next to the window where you see the chefs at work. You may get disgusted if you see the many flies flying around in the kitchen area, hoping they don't land on your dish on the counter before being served to you. My gf also told me that she saw a chef working the sauces where he doesn't change spoons after each taste of a sauce.

    The vibe and atmosphere was great the food was fresh and delicious best meal we had in Aruba. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was great. And the waitress was wonderful I highly recommend going!

    My husband and I recently visited Caya, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant’s unique style blends flavors from various Latin cultures, creating an incredible culinary journey in every bite. The ambiance is both cozy and modern, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed evening. Our server, Oscar, was an absolute delight—attentive, friendly, and truly added to our enjoyment. The mixed cocktails were fresh and expertly crafted. I can’t wait to return to Caya on our next trip to Aruba!

    The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is very comforting. The food was amazing. We did the 3 course special. Definitely a great value. From the start the sparkling wine was delicious and I do not typically do champagne. The tostada appetizer was incredible with the crunch of the tostada and the tuna with it. I had the rice with seafood (like Panzanella) and hubby had the sirloin. Both were top notch. Brought home half the seafood rice. Barely had enough room for the dessert. I opted for the Colombian dessert and he had the coffee dessert. Both were delicious.

    Second time we have eaten here this vacation as this is an outstanding new restaurant and a great addition to the Aruba restaurant scene. There is an excellent choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts and they package this into a fixed price of $65 for three courses including a glass of sparkling wine. On this visit we started with Ceviche and Tosteda with Tuna both were full of flavour and beautifully presented. For mains we had the seafood “paella” which was excellent and a rack of lamb which was one of the best cooked I have eaten. For desert we had Tres Leche with an amazing passion fruit flavor and Enyucado which is a Yuma based desert which was amazing. The ambience is excellent with both outdoor, our preference, and indoor seating. The background music is great and played at just the right level. Arleigh our server was great, very attentive and great to talk to. Staff overall are really good. Having been visiting since 2001 Caya has shot to the top of our favourite Aruban restaurants and we look forard to going back next time we visit.

    Dined here with my boyfriend while on vacation in Aruba. Overall, CAYA’s ambiance is beautiful and a true selling point. Their seating is also very thoughtful, offering a larger outdoor garden area and a more intimate one off to the side. There is an outdoor seating area that is covered and finally an indoor space, if that’s your prerogative. The service was friendly and the food was flavorful and well portioned. That said, they can benefit from making a few adjustments. The paella like rice had overcooked and burnt grains and the cod could’ve been more flavorful, without relying on the mole it is served over. Lastly, for the price of the drinks, I was disappointed they didn’t offer top-shelf alcohol. Definitely still enjoyed the experience and this restaurant has great potential.
