Reservations can be booked two months in advance. This prix-fixe menu is $179 (tax & gratuity not included). Von der OpenTable-Redaktion: Dieses Restaurant versteht sich als Hommage an Peru – das Heimatland von Koch Carlos Delgado – und wurde mit einem MICHELIN-Stern ausgezeichnet. In seinem bunten Restaurant finden 26 Gäste Platz. Neben der eigenen Fischauslage bereitet Delgado seine Gerichte in der offenen Küche zu und legt den Fokus dabei auf erlesenen Fisch aus Japan sowie auf südamerikanische Gerichte wie Bomba-Reis mit Uni und Kaviar. The service was absolutely wonderful. The pacing of the meal was good. Great ambience. The food was good, but not every dish was amazing. Overall a good experience, but for the price I expected the fine tuning to be better.

We loved Nestor, Is(rael), Kristen, and Andy. I feel bad that I don't think we learned the lovely man in the suit's name, but he was also great. We both said this is probably the best service meal we've had in DC. A+!

To start, the service was exceptional! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, to the time we left, everything moved smoothly, and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Now to the food. The courses were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed every plate. We did order an extra menu item (whole fish 1.5oz) and we were so glad we did! We customized it half cooked and half cudo with the specific recommendation provided by our server. Best decision!! We were definitely full by the end of our meal. I did get the wine pairing, and each glass paired perfectly with each course. Thank you, Causa, for an amazing experience!

Excellent food, fantastic service with really passionate staff. We had a wonderful experience at Causa. There are tons of add ons you can order with cold and hot preparations. These plates are pretty big. I would recommend getting add ons if you are very hungry or have a larger party (4+) or maybe just one to try. It was a lot of food for us. Great drinks as well and amazing mixologist at the bar. Very cool ambiance - casual, good music playing and not stuffy at all. We will absolutely be back!

Can you make a Michelin stared restaurant your standing dinner spot away from home? The team at Causa might make it possible. Dining there alone tonight made me feel so welcomed.

The team at Causa absolutely delivered. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and were met with the warmest welcome. This was an especially special because my wife is Peruvian and was able to relive childhood memories through Chef’s unique tasting menu. My biggest recommendation for anyone looking to enjoy the tasting menu here is to do a little research into Peruvian cuisine. We will definitely be back!
