Reservations can be booked two months in advance. This prix-fixe menu is $179 (tax & gratuity not included). Von der OpenTable-Redaktion: Dieses Restaurant versteht sich als Hommage an Peru – das Heimatland von Koch Carlos Delgado – und wurde mit einem MICHELIN-Stern ausgezeichnet. In seinem bunten Restaurant finden 26 Gäste Platz. Neben der eigenen Fischauslage bereitet Delgado seine Gerichte in der offenen Küche zu und legt den Fokus dabei auf erlesenen Fisch aus Japan sowie auf südamerikanische Gerichte wie Bomba-Reis mit Uni und Kaviar. Dazu schmeckt ein Glas Pisco aus der über 100 Flaschen umfassenden Sammlung des Restaurants.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. Not stuffy at all but the expórtenle and quality were something I have never experienced. An absolutely unforgettable evening filled with food and exceptional service.

Have I been to every restaurant in DC? No. But here’s what I know: Peruvian cuisine is the best in the world. Japanese is not far off. The pair are fused just right here. Won’t bother trying to describe. Just go. The service is tops. It’s like you are the client that hinges on their whole business. Loved it. Will be back again when the menu gets refreshed. Just go.

Fantastic experience, food was amazing. Staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend, the wine pairing matched the food extremely well, the pisco sour was fantastic. There were several additional items that I would love to have tried as well, but the tasting experience was dialed in appropriately and I could not have eaten and enjoyed any additional items…..looks like I’ll have to revisit for those, lol.

Our meal at Causa was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. The service was amazing, the food was excellent. We've eaten at many fine dining establishments, and quite a few with Michelen stars. Causa was a standouts, even by those standards. It was great, and was a meal that we will not forget.

The service was absolutely wonderful. The pacing of the meal was good. Great ambience. The food was good, but not every dish was amazing. Overall a good experience, but for the price I expected the fine tuning to be better.

We had another outstanding experience at Causa. The team really makes us feel like we are coming to our neighborhood restaurant which just happens to have a Michelin star!
