Our current hours are as follows.
Monday - Thursday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:00pm
Friday- Saturday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:30pm

Policies: We do require a credit card for reservations. We reserve the right to charge guests who do not show up for their reservations or cancel within a 24 hour notice.
The charge for NO SHOW is $25 per guest. We will hold your table for 15min max, and will automatically allot 2hrs for your dining pleasure.
Parties of 5 or more will need to make special accommodations with the hostess.

          We were seated in the table on front of the kitchen door. It was depressing for The two people that were facing the kitchen door and saw nothing but waiters flying out around us for the whole time we were there. Also it was extremely cold we had to keep our coats on while dining. I will not go again and will not recommend to friends. Many batter restaurants around and especially for the price we paid.

          This is the best meal we’ve had in Carmel. We typically visit once a year and have had some hit or miss food, but Casanova exceeded our expectations. We had our dog and sat outside. We were lucky with the weather but patio was protected and had comfortable heat lamps. The food was delicious, service was great and ambiance was very pleasant. We will definitely make this a stop on future visits to Carmel.

          Casanova delivers exceptional rustic french and italian cuisine in a matching ambience. We had an early Wednesday evening dinner for three people this week; we were able to pick our table in their indoor-outdoor section with plenty of space heaters. The place almost filled by the time we finished our deserts. We all loved the shared starters and our individual entrees. Be sure to open their extensive wine list for lots of unique choices from around the world. Awesome service too!

          It has been many years since I've dined at Casanova. I was happy to learn that the years have only enhanced the charm, atmosphere and cuisine. Both our server and the sommelier were excellent. Both were engaging, kind, and offered excellent descriptions & recommendations. The seafood linguine was superb, as was the Sancerre wine that I paired with it. Our food came out in a timely manor and was piping hot when served. I honestly wish I lived in Carmel (for many reasons) but if I did I would dine at Casanova weekly.

          We have dined here before and had a good experience. Last night was “mixed”. Wine selection is amazing and we had a nice champagne and Napa red. Burrata and gnocchi appetizers were tasty. Upon ordering our entrees, we were informed they were “out” of Dover sole, agnolotti and short ribs. This was unacceptable not to share upon seating so we would avoid these considerations. Waitress wasn’t overly interested in being at work last night. Wasn’t attentive to pouring wine, filling water glasses or checking on the table. At the end of the meal, we looked at a desert list and wanted to share a few deserts to celebrate a birthday. Again, informed “after the fact” they were out of a few selections. Meals were nicely prepared, served hot and tasty. Just didn’t like the service and preparedness of the waitress
