Casa Neos is an extraordinary place with an amazing vibe and an outstanding menu. However, improvements are needed in the hosting experience. We arrived at 7:24 PM for our 7:30 PM reservation. The host immediately directed me to the bar to wait for our table, despite the fact that many tables were visibly available. I decided to be understanding, but the bar was full, so we walked around for about five minutes. Since it was my friend’s first time there (even though it was my fourth visit), we took the opportunity to tour the restaurant. After waiting over 15 minutes, I approached the host again, only to realize she had completely forgotten about us. She then seated us at the last table in the hallway. Unfortunately, this location diminished our experience—we couldn’t see the fire show, and we were repeatedly interrupted as the performer passed by our table. Despite the hosting issue, the food was incredible. We had the octopus, sashimi crudo (the whole fish), and tuna—everything was absolutely delicious. Casa Neos has so much potential, and I hope they refine their guest experience to match the quality of their cuisine.

The waiter was attentive in the beginning, but then got super busy. They brought out our whole Bronzino and we waited at least 10 minutes for somebody to come and de bone it by the time they did it was cold. The appetizer portions are very small for those kind of prices . Places is pretty vibe is nice. You look at the water & the yaughts but too expensive for what it is would not go back.

Literally, one of the best and most warm welcoming establishments I’ve ever visited. Can’t wait for them to get their Michelin star! I’m already anticipating my next meal there!

First time dining here and my first impression wasn’t the best. Starting off with making a reservation via open table, I wanted to modify my reservation time and OpenTable would not allow & requested me to call the restaurant which they did not pick up several phone calls, on hold for well over 20 minutes… so how do you get a hold of the receptionist? You don’t. As for the ambience of the restaurant, it was beautiful and definitely busy for a Sunday evening. As for the food, it was delicious, but took a while to prepare. Service lacked immensely. The initial greet took about 10 minutes to get some water and some drinks in.. afterwards, our server got lost in action - our entrées arrived and we felt a bit disregarded. We were never asked how the food was and we ate for about 30 minutes and waited an additional 15 to possibly get dessert, but our server was nowhere to be found. So 45 minutes without checking in? Water? Drinks? We wanted wine with our dinner and dessert, but we decided to wrap it up since we weren’t attended to. We ended up flagging down a passing manager - again the server did not drop off the check - The manager did and wished us a good night. Automatic 20% you would think they would honor and be courteous and attentive. The food was excellent and we love the ambience, but the service needs to be worked on and acknowledged by management. We also put anniversary in our notes and again, that was completely over looked. I just wish the experience was a little bit more accommodating & special.

we celebrated our birthday here for Sunday brunch and we had an amazing time. Food, service, and ambience was excellent. Would highly recommend.!!
