This class is for up to groups of 10! $500/per party and option to add a meal for $8/per person. Chef Cristina's tortilla classes are a hands-on experience that immerses people in one-on-one time with Chef Cristina Martinez to learn the culture, history, and cultivation of corn used in the restaurant. During the experience, the chef will demonstrate a technique rooted in Mexican culture that shows the grain process of tortillas. Attendants then will be allowed to make their tortillas using ancient traditional equipment with instructions from Chef Cristina. after the demonstration, there will be an open conversation segment where you can ask the Chef questions and enjoy tortillas.
