Cava Chavela is our special place—an immersion of dark velvet and good wine, low light intimacy, soul-rending lyrics singing of nights of love and forgetfulness. The wines featured in the parings in Chavela are not available in any of our other tastings’ rooms or shops. We offer also premium tequila tastings, that are also only offered in Chavela. This underground cellar is an intimate and exclusive spot in Casa Frida; a unique space in our entire valley, a perfect spot to surprise a loved one with this once in a lifetime experience. New gastronomic experience in Casa Frida Valle de Guadalupe, this is a gastronomic tour of the star dishes of our Chef, a journey that you will take with our Chef Carlos Esquivel as your host. From the freshness of the sea, the freedom of the air, the strength of our land, and the creativity of a heart in love, you hear the song of our table. This is a complete experience where you can enjoy a 4-course meal that includes a bottle service from your choice our a wine tasting to pair with the menu. (Menu options can be substituted for vegan options, our concierge will help you with the options the day of your visit). (Bottle service included for every 8 guests, individual menu serves wine by the glass)

Culinary Terrace Experience is our unique proposal that combines gastronomy, mixology, music, art and youth. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets of the beautiful Valley of Guadalupe with our special cocktails that where created especially for this spot, inspired by our Mexican traditions, colors and only made with Mexican spirits.
