   Ended up leaving before we even ordered because the service was appalling. I must stress by first saying I very rarely provide this kind of feed back but I think it is important for the owners to be aware of. While we arrived 30 minutes early for our booking, the restaurant was about 60% full. We waited a few minutes before even being acknowledged by a staff member before the lady in the blue top coming over after settling up another diners account. She quite literally turned her head in the opposite direction when asking 'how can I help you'. If the lack of acknowledgement previously struggled to make us feel welcomed, this interaction really made it hard for us to enjoy whatever experience was ahead of us. She left to prepare our table (with assistance of another waitress) where we waited over 5 minutes. We sat down and were given a drinks menu and water. After another considerable time and after already growing frustrated I got up and helped myself to 3 menus so we can start to decided what to order. All in the mean time watching staff walk around aimlessly and 'acting' very busy in a restaurant that is far from full, but what tables were there only one had drinks and none had food (clearly we were having to brace ourselves for a long wait). I've worked in hospitality for many years and understand running a service very well. Don't take this as a complaint but as some highly important feedback for your establishment. No one likes to see a business fail as this is devastating for all involved. The ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely stunning, not sure how your food is but if that's great you need to be aware that your front of house staff are really letting you down. When we said we were leaving, the young lady 'oh okay, bye then' the head waitress in the blue either blatantly arrogant or completely oblivious to us leaving didn't even attempt to ask if everything okay and trying to gain feed back or resolve any discomfort. Money literally walked out the door

   Casa Chino exceeded our expectations! We celebrated my birthday with a romantic dinner and were blown away🎂. The service was top-notch, and the set menu was incredible - every dish impressed us. What really stood out, though, was the team's kindness in accommodating our dietary requirements, which was truly appreciated. A perfect spot for a special night out! Our favorite was the Fish BAO and the Cumcumber Salad, definitely visiting again soon 💞

   We celebrated a birthday at Casa Chino, and it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant has a stunning vibe—warm and inviting. The octopus skewers are a must—hands down the best in the city! The pork belly was also amazing. We tried over seven cocktails, and each one was a winner—refreshing and perfectly crafted. A great spot for delicious food and drinks!

   My partner and i were so impressed. Such a beautiful ambience, the food was incredible. We had the duck boa buns (probably the best I've ever had) and lots of other share plates and cocktails. The service was amazing, they always checked to see if we were after more drinks, and constantly topped up our water. I loved how they spread out the meals, so they weren't coming out all at once. Will be highly recommending this restaurant to my friends, and will be returning. Thank you all for a beautiful night out.
