    Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Es waren mit die schlechtesten Spare Rips, die wir je gegessen haben. Das Fleisch war zäh, schwer zu schneiden. Somit haben wir es auch bei einem Bissen belassen. Die Reklamation wurde offen entgegengenommen.

    Unfortunately this diner didn’t understand the concept of AMERICA’S #1 BBQ since it’s different than what they get in Germany. We don’t serve baked or boiled spare ribs they are accustomed to. We serve delicious competition winning smoked babyback pork ribs. No boiling, no liquid smoke, no dry rub. No marinades or tenderizers. NOT “fall-off-the-bone.” Carson’s legendary ribs, chicken, & chops are smoked for hours in a genuine hickory wood-burning pit. Real, authentic, slow-cooked BBQ.

    Gutes Essen. Im hinteren Teil hat man Blick auf den Fluss. Der Service war super, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

    The food was wonderful however the service was just average. We had to ask three or four times for a simple service such as empty plates for barbecue rib, bones, before we finally receive them. This occurred in several other areas as well. I found the overall service fairly good And the food excellent. My wife and I will return.

    We dined at Carson's over the weekend on a Saturday night. Service was great, the prime rib was excellent the ambiance was very nice.
