Carne Mare is an Italian chophouse by Chef Andrew Carmellini offering prime cuts of steaks, fine seafood, and Italian specialties. The menu by Chef Carmellini and Chef della Cucina Emma Glasrud begins with fine seafood, cocktails, oysters, traditional antipasti, salads and carpaccio. Entrées include housemade pastas, seafood and, of course, the main attraction: prime-aged beef, wagyu and prime rib, served with a selection of steakhouse contorni.

Service was not what we expected for a $170 per person dinner. And why would you seat people next to a table with toddlers when there were plenty of other tables available? Too pricey but food was good

Carne Mare was great! My filet was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The sides, we got the potatoes & broccolini, were just okay nothing too special. The 17 layer chocolate is WOW. Great place for a bday!

I’ve had far better prime rib at Outback. Very loud, definitely overpriced. No plans to return here.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was extremely disappointing: it took forever to get someone to attend our table, and when they finally did, the staff was rude and inattentive. The food arrived cold and late, and no one bothered to check if everything was okay.

We had a great experience yet again at Carne Mare. Our waiter was very attentive and thoroughly went over the menu. He also made suggestions for each course for our table of four. We landed on two salads: Caesar and the wedge splits since it’s big. Second course was pumpkin tortellini split. We also got the roasted chicken for two, filet and strip loin. Our side was brussel sprouts. Carne Mare also provides complimentary yeast rolls that are to die for! Everything, including our cocktails and wine, was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Booked a reservation for four inside at a standard table, waited 20 minutes but they only were going to seat us at a two person table. The host said something along the lines of “oh I told myself I wasn’t going to do that earlier today” Not sure if that was related to us. Unfortunately took another 30 minutes to get seated. Kind of a little annoying. However, once seated our server was fabulous and food was very good. Wine was a bit expensive for just a house red. We would definitely go back though. Hopefully won’t have to wait that long to get seated correctly.
