My wife’s order was put into the system, yet came out 40 minutes after I got my entree. No visit from management. Our server did go and get her entree taken off the bill, which was nice. But the enjoyment of having dinner together was not there. I’d say this was an incidental situation, however the table beside us also had an issue with the food being delivered correctly. Really good food, but the service level, and managements complete lack of presence were disappointing.

I had a MARVELOUS time dining with Cala. The drinks were out of this world, my favorite was the cocktail MANGO AMOR!! Highly recommended!!! Staff were super duper friendly which made my experience so freaking amazing!!!!! A++ The valet guy Cole was nice as well and did I forget this place is aesthetically pleasing!!! Thanks again! Rang in 2025 here with a group of friends! I thought Cala did a great job capping the ticket sales-- it wasn't too crowded and I never had to wait long to order a drink. They nailed the ambience, it was an exciting and inviting place to spend the evening! We paid the $55 fee per person for our "reservation," and with it we were supposed to receive a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight to toast with as well as a dessert. I did not receive either one of those items. They also turned on the lights inside before closing which was a bit of a jump scare. Overall, we had a positive experience and would do it again!

We opted for thecearly seating 6:30pm. Nice room, menu, but a very chaotic and loud dining room. The sound system blasted rhythmic music, making talking at tabe difficult. Waitstaff could not hear customer orders easily. Our table received the wrong food (for a different table) twice. On a positive note, staff was friendly in spite of the chaos, and everyone made an effort to be in a celebratory mood - staff all dressed in white. Food was all well prepared and very good. I like this restaurant on a normal night and will return.

I’m not one to ever write reviews especially because Cala is one of my favorite restaurants, but the service was very disappointing this trip, waitress was slow and took forever to address us or take orders, didn’t refill water unless we tracked her down, nor did she ask if we ever wanted refills on our drinks. Vodka pasta was way spicier than usual and had about three small pieces of sausage even though it was an up charge. Overall very disappointing experience for a restaurant I like to frequent.

We sat in the front half of the restaurant and it felt like we were sitting in a hotel lobby (because you are). The music is loud house music so if you’re looking for a date night spot with someone you actually want to talk to, I’d stay away. The food ranged from not very good (the pizza margarita was sub par) to forgettable (the vodka pasta was fine but unmemorable) to pretty good (the ahi tartar). Given the price, I expected a heck of a lot more. I don’t think I’ll be back. There are so many great restaurants in the valley. This isn’t one of them.

Super upbeat dining experience! We enjoyed it as that was the vibe we were looking for. Probably not ideal place for a romantic date night if that is what you are looking for. Both food and drinks were very good!
