  It is made with succulent shrimp, tender clams, and the freshest PEI mussels.

  I served it over a bed of baby arugula, topped it off with shaved Parmigiano, and drizzled it with roasted garlic aioli and caper vinaigrette.

  Made with fresh Watercress, Maytag Cheese, and the satisfying crunch of honeyed Pecans, this salad is tossed with a zesty Yellow beet vinaigrette.

  With Hass Avocado, Strawberries, and Cubed Feta. It is topped with a delicious Toasted Almond Vinaigrette.

• Herbed Goat Cheese Raviolis Pine.

  This dish is a perfect blend of creamy risotto, succulent scallops, juicy blue prawns, and plump PEI mussels and clams.

  Paired with the perfect accompaniments of New Baby Potatoes, Julienne Vegetables and delectable Black Truffle Champagne Butter Sauce.

• Pan Roasted Chicken over Fettuccine

  Served with a delicious Garden Asparagus and Roasted Tomatoes Gratin and topped it off with a luscious Aged Gouda Fondue.

• Asian Barbecued Pork Riblets

  These delicious Riblets are cooked to perfection with a sweet and savory Asian Barbecue sauce and served with a side of Julienne Golden Brown Baby Bok Choy and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes.
