    We had reservations and were seated right away. We ordered wine and our meals at the same time because she had to go back and forth to the bar to ask about the wine and it took forever. I dont expect servers to know about wines but it took so long. So then she brought us bread. Then our salads. At this point I told her to cancel the wine. We were halfway through our salads and she set our entrees down without a word and never came back until we stopped her to ask for our check. It WAS busy but she did walk by us many times. My chicken marsala was ok… the chicken was overcooked but tolerable. I would try this place again to see if maybe it just was a off night.

    Food was ok. Kind of bland in our opinion. . Not much room to sit for the 6 of us. Crammed in a corner. Not many choices on drink selections unless you like wine. Waitress was nice.

    Service, Calamari and beef Gorgonzola were awesome. Pasta better to do not so soft (aldente). Steak not so good for it price. But whole impression is nice, we will back

    Considering it was Thanksgiving, this was very well organized… The place was packed, but everyone seemed happy our server… We sat at the bar was lovely and efficient. The food was abundant.

    We had a 4:30pm reservation on Thanksgiving. The waiter had a flat demeanor. I understand it was a busy night. I have worked as a waitress and a bar bartender and also have worked in retail my entire life . The friend that I went with had to order her beer 3 times as each time she ordered she was told that they didn’t have any of that brand of beer, that they had run out. The waiter finally brought a bottle of beer ( not what she ordered ) and just put it on the table without saying anything, and walked away, when he was flagged down , once again she was told that her beer was not available. We ordered the Thanksgiving meal and I had to send mine back three times because the food was cold. My dinner companion’s food was also cold, but she didn’t wanna make a fuss. My friend already finished her dinner before her alcoholic beverage ever arrived correctly. We were never offered any waters until we asked, and that was when we were already finished with our meal. The food was ok, but definitely not worth $39 a plate. The first time I sent back my food because it was cold, the plate came back with approximately 3/4 of the amount of food that had on it the first time, but still not correct , now there was no gravy. Had to send it back again because it was cold/no gravy. The waiter said there was only one bartender. Things happen of course, but especially if we were sitting there with no drinks because there was only one bartender he should’ve at least brought us water without us having to ask. He definitely was never apologetic or even seemed to care that things were going wrong at our table and that was very disappointing ! I was really looking forward to going there for Thanksgiving as my family lives out of town. I heard a lot of good things about Brio, but it definitely did not live up to my expectations.

    I and my guests arrived before dinner tim. Promptly seated and waited on by Isiah. He was thjoughtful, advised dish substitutes where able- most mannerable.

    Are waitress Heather was one of the best in the Industry. I will always ask for her again. Our dinners were excellent!

    Food was excellent. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, but it seemed to take a long time to get orders taken and food served. The staff was definitely stretched thin. For example, our server was the bartender and had to cover the entire bar area, as well as most of the section adjacent to it. he was very good and very cordial, and we truly appreciate the attention he did give us.

    Our server did the best he could with what he was given but we arrived at 6:00pm and the restaurant was very empty. At 7:40pm not everyone had their food still. 1 meal was overlooked and 2 meals were sent back twice which we hated doing but both meals at Medium Rare were Well Done/Charred. Even the server didn’t expect us to keep the first go around. They came back well done the 2nd time too and weren’t even fully plated. When we shared that with the server, he realized that too but the chef disagreed. Finally we received one of the sides but not even for both plates. Although the meals were comped, it was a special occasion and people in from out of state as well as 45 minutes away in our party so it was quite disappointing. The manager did not make an appearance at our table and this was also quite shocking for what should have been a $425 table. This will be the reason we’ll choose a different restaurant in Legacy next time we visit- that manager should have definitely stopped by our table.
