Kim is an excellent server and always does an excellent job; thank you, Kim. Brinkleys USED to be one of my families go-to restaurants but NO MORE. I live for Friday nights to have dinner with my family. Brinkleys really let us down tonight. What was wrong? First of all we ordered the caviar deviled eggs which were good but had little to NO caviar. No big deal, right - they tasted good. My brother ordered the swordfish special and it was HAMMERED - VERY OVER COOKED. I had the Del Monico ribeye which was served underdone and 50% of the $75 steak was FAT - awful and unacceptable plus the fries were ordered crispy and they were served limp. I requested a filet as a replacement and it came out underdone and they charged us for the Del Monico ribeye ($75) vs the $63 filet price. We will NOT be back anytime soon and couldn’t be more disappointed that a high end steak house can’t cook steak to the requested temperature and the cut of the steak was not edible. I don’t know what else to say other than Brinkley’s underwhelmed and overcharged.

The food was subpar. Low quality food at high end prices. Had the Duck Confite app. It was very salty and saturated with fat. Clumps of soft duck fat still in the meat. Should have been rendered out and if done properly shouldn’t be saturated with grease. Had the scallops entree. They were small, fishy tasting and undercooked when they brought new ones they were even worse. The butternut squash ravioli was thick and dense with little to no filling. The risotto was a big lumpy mess with no mushrooms in sight. The soup was good and the pineapple sage daiquiri was delicious. The manager did happily comped everything but the drinks as he should have. We couldn’t eat the entree or the risotto as it was that bad. So disappointed

The food was delicious! The alcoholic beverage’s were VERY pricey. It is plenty of food with just the entree but we got appetizers too which were delicious. I will highly suggest Brinkley’s for special occasions.

We always enjoy our dinner when visiting. Tonight was especially enjoyable in that the staff reminded us of how attentive they are. Thank you all for being so kind and accommodating. The food was delicious as always! We look forward to seeing you all again.

We came here for our 30th Anniversary and unfortunately were seated at a table next to the end of the bar and what seemed to be the payment kiosk for the servers. I would not come here for a nice romantic or quiet evening. The food and service were great. The constantly cackling woman at the bar and constant reaching behind my wife to put wine glasses on the window sill behind her was a bit annoying. Finally, the service was great in terms of attentiveness and demeanor. I have never been seated in the back area by the bar, so maybe my choice to come here was misguided by the better experience I previously had sitting in the front area of the restaurant.

Loved the food, server was very helpful and suggested great things to eat. We didnt like our seating arrangements it was a corner seat next to a service area. It was our first time and really didnt get to see the place. Birthday arrangement were already known on the reservation and host had to make up the birthday card, not prepared.

A true upscale and remarkable restaurant. Easily the best steak I’ve ever had. Not the cheapest place in town, but you can taste the difference. Not a place we’ll be able to dine at frequently, but we will definitely be back!
