    Great atmosphere, friendly service and good food and drinks off a modest menu. We were there towards the end of what they said was their busiest night ever but still a great experience.

    This was our first visit to Brigade. The service was excellent, the wait staff did a great job. Food came out quickly. The beef rib was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very good. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will visit again in the future.

    Don't order the $28 charcuterie board! It had 2 small pieces of cheese, 6 crackers, a satisfactory amount of salami/prosciutto, a dab of mustard & a few pickled carrots. Pretty pathetic! The sign at the front door said that they had Coho salmon for a special, but our server said that wasn't the case. As an older, conservative couple, we thought the 2 gay bartenders should do their kissing in private & not while working in an upscale restaurant.

    Brigade was lovely! We took our niece who’s in college. It felt upscale but not stuffy. The food was well excited with clean , unique flavors. We will definitely be back!

    Brigade is alive & very brightly lit at 7 & 8 + pm. the food is great, service had a couple hiccup but management recover brilliantly. overall good experience

    Service was just OK. Entrees came out while we were still eating soup and salad. Kale salad was good, French onion soup was nicely cheesy. Duck breast was mediocre, but its accompaniments were excellent. Baby bok choi, potato purée, mushrooms and sauce. No inexpensive wine options.

    The Good: We were seated on time (had reservation) and our table location request was honored. Service was prompt and good (shoutout to Claire). Food was tasty, with meat cooked as requested. It was busy but not so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. The Bad: There is a 3% charge for using a credit card that was indicated NOWHERE on their website, their Facebook page, no signage when you entered the restaurant, or even on the menu. I think it's UNDERHANDED that it only shows up on your bill AFTER you've already ordered and consumed your meal. I don't have a debit card (just an ATM card that I carry only when travelling - I've friends who have had bad debit card experiences), and I certainly don't carry around $200+ in cash on a regular basis. So, I HAD to pay with my credit card and incur the fee. If I had known in advance, I would have brought more cash. We won't return for that reason.

    First table offered was dark, second had a wicked cold draft. First drinks took a while as only one tender working. Endive salad was fine but add on trout was dry. We did get comped without realizing on the drinks.

    Absolutely wonderful food, relaxing setting! The servers are great and felt so well taken care of!

    Very good food. The service was wonderful. We were just expecting a little more lively spot. We were 1 of 3 couples in the whole restaurant and bar. But again the food was unexpectedly great!
