   Enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Bridgewater grill. Food was really good. Would love to see more options for brunch including vegan options.

   We had an expensive, uninspired meal. the salads were difficult to eat with many stems and large pieces. The fillet was ordinary ....for $58! The salmon was quire good. The dessert menu was uninteresting and very routine. For a dinner that was $160 plus tip, it was a disappointing experience.

   Short ribs were good. Baby BBQ ribs and honey carrots were a bit disappointing. We’ve had very good meals here in the past.

   My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at The Bridgewater last night before our show at the PAC. At 5:30 it was moderately busy, by 6:00 it was full. Glad we had a reservation. I started with an Espresso Martini. Simply devine. My swordfish and his plate of short ribs were both delicious. Tracy our server was great and I love the atmosphere. Next time we will try brunch and sit outside.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The warm lighting and elegant decor create an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. What truly stood out during my visit was the phenomenal service provided by our server, Sara. Her attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering my wife insightful recommendations (because I knew what I was eating) and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. It’s rare to find a server who balances professionalism with a personal touch, but Sara nailed it. Showed her our appreciation in gratuity, but also spoke to manager that I was going to steal his employee for the airline industry I work in. He didn’t find it funny…, I know we all trying to keep and get quality employees. Now, let’s talk about the food— I’m going to do this a disservice because of space…. Everything was simply damn good! Beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Appetizers and main course were on point. The sour dough bread appetizer was grilled and served warm with a slathering of soft, mouthwatering butter. Overall, Bridgewater Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. The combination of outstanding service, particularly from Sara, and exquisite food makes it a standout choice. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!
