I had made a reservation online months in advance for a work function at the brew hall. I had been there before and always enjoyed the food and service. However, on this particular night, there was a hockey game and Taylor Swift concert happening, so it was quite busy. Everything was going well until the waiter informed us that we needed to leave because the table was booked for 7pm. I was surprised because there was no mention of time limits when I made the reservation online. I understand that some places have this policy, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. We politely refused to move and asked for some sort of compensation since we had already spent a lot of money and tipped generously. The bar manager then came over and insisted that we leave, escalating the situation. We were threatened with being kicked out and even the cops being called. It was a disappointing end to what was supposed to be a fun night out. The restaurant manager eventually stepped in and calmed things down, but the bar manager definitely needs some conflict resolution training. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience from that Friday night. I won't be returning to that establishment in the future.

I rarely give low experiences however the service we received tonight was subpar. Our server was great at the start of the evening when we arrived however she did not check in on us very often during the evening. After 20mins of having no drinks in front of us we were ready to pay, we asked her for our bills which she said she would get and then she disappeared for 20mins. When she was finally passing by the table I asked her about the bills thinking she had forgotten, but instead her response was extremely rude and disrespectful with her saying, just be patient don't you see how many people are here. I have worked in the service industry and never seen a response like this before. No apology no nothing and when I flagged her down she was not even prepared for our bills and we had to wait for her to separate them. This is by far the worst service I have received here

We loved our server (Cam I think?) he was so nice to us and we were a huge group too! Drinks are good (as always) and the Jell-O shots are deliciously dangerous!! Otherwise, food is of average (but expected at a bar). Music was really good that night too!

Was great for our large work group, both the drinkers and those looking for non-alcoholic beverages were pleased with the selection the menu had to offer.

Never been to Brewhall during lunch and it was actually really chill. It wasn’t too loud or too quiet but a nice place to just hang out. We were a group of 10 and we really enjoyed the long tables. The food was awesome as well!

Was dissapointed with how sticky the menus were and the table. One of our water glasses was dirty (mystery food). We came in for happy hour, the chicken tacos were good as were the queso tater tots. The buffalo chicken and macaroni and cheese was not great: the chicken was fine but the mac and cheese was missing seasoning and didn't have that IT factor to make it a creamy and delicious Mac & cheese. No refills were offered. It was super loud, my voice was dry from my constant yelling to talk to my friend who was across the table from me. I think I'll pass on dining in and may try take out.

It is an excellent experience to watch an NFL game on a big projector; the prices are reasonable during NFL games, and the food and beer are excellent.
