   We made a reservation for 7:45. When we realized that we were going to be late, I messaged the restaurant to let them know. Upon our arrival, no one greeted us and we stood for several minutes without anyone speaking to us. We were finally seated and given menus. No one came to our table to take drink or appetizer orders or even to let us know they would be with us soon. We saw several waiters standing around chatting and the restaurant was not that busy. The table next to us arrived about 10 mins after us and were immediately greeted by wait staff. We decided to take our business elsewhere after being ignored for so long.

   Bravo held a special 50% off spaghetti and meatballs, one day only. We each had a coupon..., in the past that meant, one CHECK. This time, we got the bill and saw that the 50% off was for only one serving of spaghetti and meatballs! Even the wait staff and manager acknowledged this was a change..but they need to honor a coupon as written! No where does it say one serving only! Love the staff there, but this was out of their control. Bravo corporate ignored my inquiry...

   Great food and service but the table of children next to us were very loud snd the kids were running around the table the whole time bumping our chairs. They even ran around the restaurant playing tag. Not one parent or worker corrected them. Finally, another table near them had to yell at the kids to tell them to sit down Such disrespectful kids, and especially parents!!! And disappointed the staff did not go to the parents. 😖

   Sat promptly with our reservation. Staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone was pleased with our meal, thank you! We were sat at what I believe was table 91? It’s a booth by the server stand. The wait staff routinely set trays, water pitchers, drinks and more on the ledge directly behind my head which was unpleasant. If I would have lifted my hand to so much as scratch my head it seems like I could have accidentally knocked over a glass of water or worse. I don’t think the staff should be using the ledge like this when there is someone seated at this table. It spoiled what otherwise would have been an overall positive experience.

   Our group had coupons from signing up for Bravo's E-club, that were about to expire. We enjoy sitting in the bar for happy hour martini prices, then ordering full dinners. My husband and I split the lasagna and chicken parm. Yum!

    Our food came out and we hadn’t received our silverware. The person that brought our food out went to get us silverware, then came back and apologized they were out of silverware and she would have to go to the back and roll some new. By the time we received our silverware, our food was no longer hot. The table behind us were seated after us, and were seated with silverware. Another table behind us had a dessert in a giant martini glass that looked amazing that I inquired about because I didn’t see it on the menu. We were told that dessert didn’t start until Monday. It wasn’t available to order, but it was the manager or owners son, and that was why they were able to have it. This was our first visit and we will not be back.
