Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you are in the mood for something fabulous, the Porchetta is a massively delicious plate for 4-5 people to share.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

Open 5pm to 3am, Tuesday through Saturday. Full menu until 12am, then an ample late night menu focused on pastas and pizzas from 12am-2:15am. Bar open till 3am or sometime

Overall food was delicious. Broccolini, wagyu steak and pasta were all unique. Drinks kept flowing and service was great. Thanks Kaitlyn for making the experience worth while.

Innovative dishes and ample serving size. Reasonable prices. Not too many gluten free dishes but with some alterations adequate number. Go early for easy parking.

We absolutely loved our meals. All 4 of us shared some appetizers. They were all delicious. We highly recommend the Toast. The polenta sticks that come with the Iberico pork were so light and fluffy. The service was great and all staff were friendly and polite. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Las Vegas.

What a cool spot, we went the first time as it was walking distance from the Sphere, it was so great, we had to go again just to see if we really remembered it right. We did, everything was perfect, the salmon could not have been more perfect, pasta was fresh and yes… perfect. Great value! Wine list was from around the world. Just a great vibe and decor. Highly recommend

Dinner at Bramàre this night and into the wee hours of the next morning was even less ordinary than usual. Will focus on new-to-me on-menu items- Pastina Soup ($10): Deceptively small cup, filled with what felt and tasted like pasta caviar, so light on the tongue, yet hearty and firm, cheesy, fresh, and earthy without being overwhelming. Even as the vessel's contents cooled (due to my being involved in various conversations at the cheerful bar), the soup still held onto its comforting deliciousness. 28 Day Dry Aged Flannery Ribsteak: It's listed under the Large Format section of the menu for good reason. This feast is intended to impress through size and flavor. It succeeds. The main event, a well-seared 24 ounces of beef sliced to showcase the perfectly done innards, and accompanied by a head of roasted garlic, meat on the bone, crisp radicchio and crisped potatoes, the spread may mean indulgers will have to be rolled out the door, all appetites well satisfied. Must include praise for the perky dessert-like Espresso Martini crafted by Julio. Value: High; the exceptional dishes and drinks from the chef and bartender can transform any dinner into a memorable event. Service: Incomparable from Julio and Oscar
