   We ordered the croquets and the cod goujon. Both were lovely, although the goujon was very flat which made it a little dry. Half of us order steak, cooked to three different levels, mine was blue, and warm which was great, the others were rare and medium-rare, all cooked perfectly. The burgers that my fiends has looked great and apparently they tasted really good. The wine was nice and the bill was reasonable for five people, several bottles of wine, coming in around £60 per head. Happily recommend this place.

   Lovely place offering great steak! My only criticism was that the knives could have been sharper as cutting the steak was a bit of a struggle.

   Everything works here , the ambience , the kitchen delivery , the food , the front of house service all came together to provide a memorable al fresco afternoon Sunday dining experience. The Hereford beef was tasty ,accompanied by a red wine jus and vegetables served , with crafted sauce accompaniments . The marquise dessert was outstanding . credit to all involved

   Utter shambles took over 45 minutes to just get water. Took even longer to be moved from a table in the corridor despite other tables being available and asking as we arrived to be moved. The food in terms of the steak was awful only the fries were any good. Perhaps my worst restaurant experience

   Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The selection of wine was nice and service was great. My only complaint was that the rib eye might’ve been one of the smallest I’ve ever ordered.
