A strictly 21 and up establishment, Botanical is an indoor / outdoor lounge concept located on the bustling Glenwood South Entertainment District. We specialize in Craft Cocktails, a Full Champagne Bar, and Tapas style Small Bites. Capability to be indoor/outdoor venue by opening the bifold doors that run the length of the entire venue to the covered outdoor patio. Enjoy our amazing Fried Brussel Sprouts or infamous Filet Sliders on our comfortable velvet couches before your night gets started!

Dont forget to check out our awarding winning rooftop bar, Highgarden venue. This is a completely open-air concept with an amazing view of downtown Raleigh. With plenty of cabana and high-top seating, as well as walking room, you will get the Miami roof top vibe in the center of downtown Raleigh. The best kept secret of this place is its menu. The chef is a culinary expert. Everything we ordered was sublime. We posted up on the Terrace & our bartender was skillful professional and a wonderful host. My wife said she’s going to invite all of her friends to celebrate her Birthday here that’s how much she enjoyed the vibe.

We couldn't have been more pleased that we went here for restaurant week. Everything was wonderful, from the greeting and service we received when we arrived, the fun rooftop seating with a city view, cozy heaters, and good music and then the amazing food and drinks!! Looking forward to another visit and checking out the beautifully lush first floor garden seating.

Don’t reserve after 10pm, kitchen is closed. They don’t even reserve your table after that time and for service I had to get up to the bar to get my own drinks. Server would only check on us after I got up and got my own drinks at the bar.

Wanted a new place for girls night and botanical lounge was great!! We sat in the covered patio during a rain storm that sounded beautiful on the greenhouse-style roof surrounded by live plants. Cocktails were great, server handled all our requests and substitutions perfectly, and the manager came by to check in too. Food was awesome, some classic tapas hits and some creative options we enjoyed. Accidently ate all vegetarian cause we wanted to try new things and it was delicious!

Food was absolutely outstanding and well priced! Highly recommend the chicken croquettes, cauliflower, beef empanadas, and strawberry s’mores! We had a 7pm reservation for indoor seating on a Thursday and had the whole place to ourselves! Toni was our attendant and he was great!

I celebrated the three year anniversary of my small business at Botanical Lounge with a group of friends and we had such a great time! We met the owner and he really made us feel at home. The aesthetic, drinks, food and service were so good! 10/10 would truly recommend!

My partner and I were looking for a quick night out, so small plates and cocktails appealed to us. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were asked to provide IDs before entering even though we were the only ones there. When we walked in, no one was at the bar, so we were unsure where/how to order. When a bartender did appear, we tried to order one of the main cocktails on their menu, and he said he couldn’t make it because they were out of an ingredient for it. When we went to order a small plate, they also said they were all out of the first thing we mentioned. My partner and I ended up just finishing our cocktail and getting dinner elsewhere. Don’t recommend this place.
