Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

    We had a great experience. Staff was wonderful- friendly, polite, accommodating. Food was amazing…pork candy is to die for.

    Seated right away and had drinks in our hands within 10-15 which flies by when you’re with friends :)

    This was our second time here. I decided to bring my husband back for his birthday. I even said in OpenTable that it was for a birthday, but no one acknowledged it. The food is always wonderful and so are the cocktails. Our server was very attentive for the first half of our visit. Once our food was served, things went downhill. I had ordered something spicy and needed refills for my beverage, but no one came around to assist my empty glass. It was just disappointing. Food continues to be delicious though.

    Great evening as always! Food was yummy, service was excellent and of course drinks were pretty and delicious! I have been here a handful of times and it does not disappoint! We will be back! Definitely recommend the warm country bread for starters and expresso martini for dessert. The mud pie wasn’t what I expected but soo good! Thx for a great evening!

    Everything about Bosscat Orange is great! It could benefit from having more comfortable chairs to sit, it’s hard to sit on a hard surface after a while, otherwise great.

    Having never eaten here before we ordered what we might enjoy. A steak sandwich with fries and chicken fried steak and eggs, both were very good.

    Have been here multiple times. The food is great, service is great and drink selection is outstanding. On this occasion, we were seated right on time, and served quickly even though the restaurant was busy. We had finished our meal and we're enjoying the table and we're asked by the manager to leave, that they had another reservation coming in. I get it, they were busy, we were done, but I was taken aback as we were only there 1.5 hours. I left a generous tip, and like I said, I get it, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth as I was the one who had recommended this place and the friends I was with had driven over an hour to be there. We hadn't seen each other in years and were catching up.

    I had the 12 hour beef short ribs, absolutely delicious! Tender, juicy, full of flavor!
