The Turkish food you'll come to love is expertly handcrafted by our experienced chefs and their culinary teams. While many of our staff have Turkish backgrounds, it’s the quality and authenticity of our food that truly define us. At Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine, we prepare each dish daily using only fresh, never frozen, Halal meats. We use the freshest vegetables and the most authentic Mediterranean ingredients, many of which are imported directly from Turkey, in our dips, salads, and sides.

    Our server, Umit, was top-notch. He spent time talking with us about the menu and making suggestions. The food is delicious and flavorful. The manager stopped by our table to review food allergy items (as I’m gluten free). I felt safe with their knowledge and prep. We will definitely return.

    This has been one of the best restaurants I’ve been to here in Tampa. I’m also a very picky eater and everything from the appetizers to the entrée and dessert were phenomenal. The drinks were spectacular. My husband and I found a new favorite restaurant in the bay area.

    This could be a very good restaurant… but the portions were not generous, for example veggies that we ordered extra for their combination appetizer came with 3 tomatoes slices and 4 slices of pepper … and the bread was burnt . We were 5 women so we ordered a variety of foods and shared. Great potential but just off .

    The food was great. The two of us split a cold appetizer, some bread, the turkish pizza, and an entree and could barely walk out of the place. Our server Umit had great recommendations.

    We have to many of the Bosphorus restaurants and looked forward to the one in SOHO. It did not disappoint. Service was excellent and the food was excellent!

    I was super excited to try this restaurant. My friends asked to book a place because I have challenges with allergies. Usually middle eastern Mediterranean food is pretty safe except for nuts. When I got to order the manager brings up an allergy chart that I think is awesome to keep their clients safe. However everything had soybean oil. I was down to one side dish without the rice because that’s the only oil they use to cook. My disappointment in this particular restaurant cuisine is to stay true to the roots of using olive oil or another none soy based. I understand it for the frying part as most everyone uses it due to cost and high index of heat. But in your overall dishes, even the hummus and eggplant were made with soybean oil, in my experience is not acceptable. Overall service was great, my friends said the food tasted good.
