   Ein hervorragender Abend, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Angefangen vom Ambiente im urigen Holzhaus am Tisch direkt neben einem Kaminofen, von einem sehr aufmerksamen Kellner bedient, bis hin zu einem perfekten Steak, den Austern und den schmackhaften Cheesy Donuts - einfach toll! Wir danken für einen tollen Abend und eine bleibende Erinnerung an den Bluebird in Banff!

   We had been looking forward to trying Alberta beef and finally had the chance to visit. For our main courses, we ordered the tenderloin (medium well), prime rib (medium well), and rancher ribeye (medium). In hindsight, I think the tenderloin might have been even better if I had ordered it medium, but it was still absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also had a Caesar salad on the side, which paired perfectly with the steaks. For appetizers, we chose the shrimp scampi and tableside steak tartare. The shrimp scampi had a familiar, classic flavor that you can find in many places, while the steak tartare had a more unique and distinctive taste. It was an enjoyable dining experience overall!

   Bluebird was recently renovated and they did an amazing job. Great menu, very good portion size, and excellent service.

   We wanted to get every single item on the menu but had to choose. The food was really good and they were able to modify 2 plates for our kids.

   We were really disappointed about the Prime Ribs, it was really overcooked, quite chewy and not having the taste and tender texture of ordinary Prime Rib. The Cheese Fondue was okay, with good portion.

   The food is fantastic. We had an issue with our prime beef but was quickly resolved. The ambiance is nice and cozy. Perfect for my family coming straight from the slopes.

   We went there for our anniversary, waiting at the table was a card from the staff, that was really nice. Ordered drinks, I got the wrong drink but the waiter fixed that as soon as I pointed it out. We started with the Caesar salad, we found it very salty with not much flavor? My prime rib came medium as I ordered but my boyfriend’s steak was well done( he ordered a medium as well). I pointed out to the waiter that my Yorkshire pudding hadn’t come … he got me one soon after. Overall pretty good. Staff are really nice .

    The food was amazing, we were visiting for brunch and had the soft scrambled eggs and croque madame. Both were fantastic and the ambiance was nice with the fireplaces going and music in the background. We will return and would highly recommend!
