   Possibly due to it being a nice day and very busy but bar service was terrible. No queueing system and bar staff did not keep an eye on who should be served next. Lots of customers bickering with each other who should be served next. Husband waited around 20 minuets to get served and there wasn’t a hugely big queue. Much busier with less bar staff in other yarn pubs but bar staff managed a lot better.

   Went for Sunday lunch, very poor, frozen Yorkshire, beef not from a roast, very little but what we had was nice, belly pork all fat, chicken had more bone than meat. Staff friendly and very clean. Not good value for money

   When we got there at 8pm there were no steaks, no fish, no normal chips left and we ordered 2 prawn cocktails and they only had enough for 1 so we had to share our starter. It was a total disaster to be honest especially for a Saturday night at 8pm. Not the best first date I have been on!!

   Dear Col, Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Running out of key menu items is not up to our usual standards, especially on a Saturday night. As it was our opening weekend we'd had a very busy day & were soon limited on stock especially at 8pm which is when we close food service. We appreciate your comments and will work on ensuring better availability in the future.
