   Our second time to this place and it was a god awful experience. Mind you, I have 3 kids under 5 years old. We ordered our food at 11:45 am and didn’t get it brought to us until almost 12:40 pm. I asked to speak to the manager, to which they said the manager would be notified, then after 20 minutes, they told me “the manager is not here.” How convenient. It is not the waiters fault, as he was excellent, but there was clearly some miscommunication in the kitchen for the delay of food as I watched multiple tables/families get seated AFTER us and still get their food before us and LEAVE before we got ours. The restaurant had almost emptied while my kids were screaming for food. 100% unacceptable. As a Doctor, I don’t have much time to spend with family, so when I get the chance, I want to treat them well and take them out to enjoy our communities restaurants. This was NOT my idea of a good time. I asked for a discount after this horrendous wait, and was told no. Instead, I was given a promise that “next time” I will be taken care of. Highly doubtful we will come back after this experience. Which is too bad as I had told so many community members how great the food was after my first visit. I will now tell everyone not to come to this place as they are not only unorganized, but they do not accommodate or take accountability for their mistakes to rectify their miscommunications to satisfy their customers experiences. Had they given us a discount after their mistakes, I would have let it go. Instead, I paid full price as I had to control 3 kids who are not emotionally mature enough yet to understand to be patient for their food. This experience gets a BIG FAT 0! Do NOT come to this place; what a huge disappointment and let down after the good experience from our first visit.

   Food delicious and beautifully plated. Atmosphere lovely and fresh. Customer service friendly, well trained and attentive. We were a big party of 13 and no complaints to be had. Will be back soon!!

   The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the restaurant’s layout was simply wonderful. You could see every inch of the restaurant without feeling crowded, yet it still felt very private.

   We’ve been to Blackstone on three occasions and every time we’ve experienced a culinary and heart-felt social delight! The staff is engaging, attentive and professional and the food is OUTSTANDING! Breakfast/lunch CUISINE—-not just a meal! Beautifully presented and with artistic panache and spicy flair in both flavor and arrangement. We have already talked this gem up and wanted to buy a gift card but they’re so new they don’t yet have this feature, which is evidence their emphasis is on the correct stuff. The noise is on the higher end for those with sensitivity but the experience is worth it! Yay for Dos Lagos shopping center and all of us! Congrats to the owner and staff who make the experience more than satisfying!

   Food and service was very good. The atmosphere is cool and modern but not pretentious. It was pretty busy so I was happy we had a reservation and we were seated immediately. We will be back!

   Food and service was amazing!! Definitely going to go back soon! Can’t wait for the lunch and dinner menu! Oh and the ambience was 10/10, felt like a trendy LA restaurant
