We found this gem by happenstance. We started out with the chèvre appetizer which was amazing. The large portion of salmon was delicious and the hubs had the lamb. Everything was delicious. This is going to be a repeat for us.

I had high expectations for this restaurant based on its website, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. My reservation was for 9:45 PM, and while the hostess was friendly and accommodating—offering to check my coat—it quickly became clear that the service and quality didn’t match the ambiance or price. I waited about 10-15 minutes before a server approached to offer a drink, and it took another 10+ minutes for my martini to arrive. To my surprise, it wasn’t served in a martini glass, but rather a cognac glass. The server explained they didn’t have any clean martini glasses, which seemed odd for a place of this caliber. For my appetizer, I ordered four oysters, which were served without an oyster fork. When I asked, the server mentioned the restaurant didn’t have any, which struck me as an unfortunate oversight for a seafood dish. The lamb entrée was equally disappointing. It was paired with hummus, which didn’t complement the dish well at all—something more traditional like mashed potatoes would’ve been a better fit. For dessert, I was looking forward to an espresso martini, but was told the bartender couldn’t make one due to being out of supplies. For a restaurant that touts quality and sophistication, I was surprised by these inconveniences and lack of preparedness. That said, the server was friendly and attentive throughout the evening, answering all my questions and maintaining a positive attitude. However, considering the price, the overall quality did not align with the level of service or ambiance. I left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed by the experience.

Our party of 4 NYE were dissapointed in the service we received (well actually didn’t receive) The food was amazing, Andrew Black never disappoints in this area. Everything was sooooo slow, wait staff, bartender, food service.. everything took forever.. 1 hr 49 min from start to finish and weren’t checked on much.

I was not impressed. Our reservation was at 815, and arrived early due to it being NYE. We didn’t get seated until 830. The hostess seemed disorganized and clueless about what was going on. The restaurant was so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation. We ordered drinks and it took forever. We were informed that the bartender was new and that orders were backed up at the bar. When our food arrived, it was cold. It tasted good but it would have been amazing if would have been hot. I won’t be coming back. To spend that much money for a meal, I want my food to be hot.

First off, the service and cocktails were fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful as well. My husband and I ordered the baked chevre and Brussels Ceasar to share. These two items were amazing and we were eager for our mains. My husband ordered the lamb and I had the salmon. Both were served beautifully, but both of us were very underwhelmed by then. My salmon was cooked perfectly, but outside of that, there was nothing special with the dish and I found it to be under seasoned. Hy husband said the same of his lamb, bland and nothing particularly special other than the hummus that came with it. We would go back, but not likely to eat a full dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant either as there are many others in OKC that are far more impressive

What a thoughtful and well executed menu. We tried a bit of everything, but if you even kinda-like Brussels sprouts, the Brussels Caesar was the clear winner of the evening. Everything else was varying degrees of delicious, but hands down this is the dish to get every time. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere is very intimate and I will most certainly be going back to try more of the menu. Only ding on the experience was how little the server really knew about the menu, asked about a dish's ingredients and guy was pretty well clueless. He was very nice but just expected a bit more polish from a restaurant of this caliber. Certainly still a 5 star review, he may have just be a new employee. In any event, what a neat little gem of a restaurant and honestly felt like the prices were a great value for the taste and execution the kitchen sends out.
