Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Server was not paying attention. Completely forgot to place our appetizer order and also forgot what drink ordered. Came back to ask again about the drink but I didn’t realize that he didn’t ever enter the appetizer into the computer system as well. There is no excuse for this since they carry those portable computers and should have entered it in in real time. Never even realized his mistake and also never checked on how we were enjoying our main course. Women’s Bathroom was completely out of stock of toilet paper and liquid soap from all dispensers I informed hostess desk. Manager needs to get a better handle on what is happening in this place.

Reese was an excellent waitress that made our dining experience so special. I had booked for a party of 11 and they managed to seat and serve us in great time. We will definitely be returning to Bjs for our next team meeting. Thank you for the pizookie recommendations too

Arrived and are party was seated immediately. The waiter took are drink order and an appetizer order. All arrived quickly. We enjoyed those and ordered the main meal as we all knew what we wanted. The meals arrived all at once and were very good.
