We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The noodles weren't done for one of our group but, the manager took care of us and we were satisfied. Our other meals were very good.

Our group of 10 came in for an early Mother's Day/2 birthday celebration dinner. It appeared that our waitress was having a bad day from her comments. We ordered our drinks and food. One food item didn't show up until most of us were done. When we asked the waitress she said it was ready in the back but wasn't brought to the table. It probably was sitting in the kitchen for over 15 minutes. The other food item was not correct so it was taken back. We received these meals as the rest of us were finishing. The atmosphere pretty much stunk. You could tell the mood was bad. My husband went to find the manager. We were told there was an issue in the kitchen, whatever this means. The manager didn't come to the table to apologize or state what the issue was. He gave us free desserts. Not really fixing the problem. The customer service stinks and we will never go back again to the Puyallup restaurant.
