Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Tuna salad had fish that was not fresh and the portion was minimal especially for the price. Steak salad was not orderable since we were told they didnt have any steak for the salad. Waited over 30 minutes for our order even when other diners who arrived later were served their food. Hamburger was extremely small and a poor value for the price charged and not anywhere near the size of the burger in the menu. Kid's sliders were similar, almost no meat and almost all bun. We have decided that even while we are rewards members that we will not be going back.

Good food and excellent service. When we were unsure whether an appetizer might be too spicy, our waitress brought us a sample to try first. Never had that before outside of an ice cream parlor! But it was much appreciated. The place was busy but we could still talk at our table without having to shout or feeling overwhelmed by the noise. I’d go again.

I’m pretty disappointed with the hostess team there. We called before because we had a question and they hang up on us, then we came on time and dined there but they marked me as a no-show. The server was incredible so he saved the day. But if it wasn’t for Andrew I probably wouldn’t go back to this location.

I couldn’t believe how downhill the quality was and their prices were absolutely unacceptable. $90 - 2 people, 1 appetizer, 1 beer, 1 hard seltzer, 1 fountain drink, 1 burger entree, 1 chicken entree. The food was just ‘ok’ - nothing that warranted the price. The mashed potatoes, our server’s favorite side, were so dry and bland I didn’t even finish them. Brought the uneaten chicken to the dogs. At least they appreciated it. Ambiance is not as good as the Allen location - definitely a different vibe/energy. They also changed the size and quality of their menu. I get cutting items that aren’t popular or have no margins, but the laminated menus are the quality of an iHop - felt janky. Service was ok, but never refilled my soda. As a customer and former restaurateur, I was really disappointed. They’re now under par of Chili’s. One last thing - the rim of the salt shaker was heavily crusted in old salt. Too many people standing around doing nothing - keep your place clean! With so many dining options available, especially at that price point, we won’t be going back.

This is always a net neutral type of place. Service is not terrible, but not good considering it is never busy when I go. Thank goodness the food is as expected.
