Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Despite making a reservation for 12 people 2 days in advance, they were unable to give us a table for 12. They made us wait a 1/2 hr and then informed us that we will be getting 2 tables instead of 1. They didn’t come for orders till another 1/2 hr. We requested quick orders for the small kids in our group, and they missed that too! Either you take bookings and hold tables for the reservations or just inform customers that we are not taking reservations!

Did not have our table ready we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated after making a reservation. Will not be going back

Arrived early and was seated early. Staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving. We unfortunately had to wait a while for waitstaff to do first touch. Once drinks & food order taken, things went smoothly. Appetizer was great. Fish & chips and chicken sandwich were hot & tasty. Mahi Mahi tacos were fishy tasting. Took a while to get check, but online payment was fast. Overall good meal.

Very pleasant place for casual dining, with a very extensive menu. Nice that they take reservations too. Service was very good.

We were promptly greeted and seated. Staff were attentive and helpful. Only hiccup was when we scanned the QR code to pay-unsuccessful after three attempts so our server completed the transaction in the customary manner.

the service was slow and almost not existent. My steak was so overcooked that it was painful to see that poor animal killed again.

I booked a reservation for 3 at 7:30 pm by open table. Reached BJ’s and they asked me to wait. By 8pm I got the table. After getting seated by 8:00 pm no one came to take order at my table till 8:20 am. I asked the server who was serving the next table. He told he will send someone right away. Waited another 10 mins but no one came and we had to leave. Totally Disappointed.
