Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. The receptionist on this visit was amazing!! Long strawberry blonde pigtails; as friendly as possible. She got us seats quickly and was as nice as possible. Our server also did an amazing job. We are so happy with the BJ’s on Superstition Springs Blvd.

Food came pretty quick. The flatbread pizza was really good. Food came out out of order. Got our salads after the entree had arrived. Otherwise pretty standard decent meal out.

Wouldn’t know. Restaurant closed early because kitchen went down. In March this is my second poor experience here. Not sure what’s going on with this place

We had a 530 reservation. We arrived at 5:20. She told us she would seat us closer to 530. We sat at 5:39 at a table that was empty when we arrived. We ordered our food. Food arrived timely when we were departing there was a sign posted. We cannot serve hamburgers or steaks due to a technical difficulty.

All five of us were crammed into a tiny u shaped booth by the front entrance. It was freezing cold and no room to comfortably dine. Had to send burger back as it was well done vs medium. Waitress was very sweet and did a nice job getting another burger quickly out.

Kimball, our server was attentive and helpful! Food was excellent. Music was way too loud but we asked them to turn it down and they did.

I made a reservation for a Friday afternoon in late February at 4:30 pm. Thank God I did as the place was bonkers. The server did the best he could given the circumstances. Drinks were delivered in a timely manner. He took our order within a reasonable time frame. The salads arrived on time with about a teaspoon of dressing. Had to ask for more which came quickly. Waited a long time for our entrees. My ribs were cooked to perfection. The pizzas for the others were undercooked probably due to the stress in the kitchen to get the orders out. The desserts were delayed but finally arrived. I've probably eaten at BJ's Mesa, Arizona 25 times and for the most part the experience has been excellent. February in Mesa, AZ is snow bird heaven on steroids...not sure how any restaurant can cope with the massive invasion of senior citizens all wanting to eat at the same time. Will return to BJ's for lunch....
