Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We went to BJs for Valentine's Day Dinner. It was very crowded, so making reservations was the way to go. We were seated almost immediately and were greeted by a very nice server. She was extremely attentive during our whole meal. There were many choices for vegetarian meals so it made it easy for me to find something to eat. The food was delicious! It was a great dining experience!

For Valentine’s Day, took my 4 girlfriend (wife, daughter and 2 grand daughters). We had a real nice meal and the server was very friendly

This restaurant was not busy at 5:00 PM. Had reservations for 6. Booth was okay but would have preferred a table. Waitress came and took our drinks order. Came back with drinks and didn't take our appetizer order, but can back about 10 minutes later. The appetizers presentation was poor. Taste was fair. The meal in its self was fair to poor. The steak was hard, dry and ice cold. Loaded mashed potatoes were the same. The other four guest their meals were fair and presentation was poor. Silverware was not cleaned very well. Waitress never came back to offer refills or if we needed anything else until it was time for desert. That was the only part of the meal that good. Presentation was fair. This was a birthday celebration. Needless to say we won't bee back to this restaurant. Maybe their staff needs a course in customer service.

The food wasn’t great and the service wasn’t either. Our napkins were wet! Server forgot to bring me my drink (and then never brought it even when I told her she forgot to), our check had extra items on it, and nothing was truly made right. The food wasn’t good at all, for any of us.

We had our small company team holiday get together at BJs. Our server was excellent, our food was delicious, fresh, and looked amazing. I would recommend this place to others.

We had a reservation at 6 pm but were not seated and had to ask about when we would be seated. (30 minutes) We were waiting at the bar which I had told the hostess. It appears we were forgotten . We then were taken to our table.

Had a reservation booked, didn’t get seating until 15 mins past reservation time because of lack of servers available. The temperature inside was not much better than it was outside. (It was a very cold day) Server took a lengthy amount of time to even get drinks ordered and brought to us. Appetizer came out fast before the drinks did. Rest of the entrees took, I’m not joking here, 56 minutes to arrive. At a table of 7 with three of them being by kids meals, I feel like this is unacceptable. Not to mention trying to keep three children entertained for an hour in a restaurant that is freezing cold is not an easy task. Refills on drinks had to be done by hunting down our server. It was never on the front of her mind and it was pretty clear. THE ONLY saving grace about this place was the food was decent. The deep dish pizza particularly was good, jambalaya was really spicy if you like that, club sandwich was good as well. Then came time to pay.. the total was around $160, and the only reason this place got any kind of tip from me was because of the food. I left $15. Paid by phone by scanning the QR code and left the tip directly on there. As one of my quests is still finishing their meal, the server must of realized how the check was paid and was clearly not happy with what was left as a tip. She zooms past our table and snatches the receipt off the table aggressively, slams it on the cashier desk, comes back to our table and very, VERY aggressively starts clearing our table without saying a word. Honestly, if it wasn’t my sons birthday and he had requested this place, we would of never stayed past realizing how cold it was inside. I don’t recommend eating here unless you have lots of time to kill waiting around to be seated and for your food.
