Great experience. I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t . Lunch time was a perfect time . We had a reservation for 5 and were seated in a nice big booth. Great service by Jorge !

Horrible experience where there 3.5 hours not because we wanted to be. Our waiter took out order and we didn’t get food for 1.5 hours…. She didn’t deliver it someone else did and one dish was wrong one was stone cold. But she never came to the table to tell her… we had to hunt down a manager. Then we sat (NOTHING RESOLVED) for another 30 min with dirty dishes no refills and nothing resolved with food after we complained… then she pops up says hey wanna order a dessert… takes a plate and we wait another 30 min. Horrible service. Horrible food quality and horrible manager response. He said “I’ll talk to her” and she can over and said “i heard you you had an issue with your food” um the ma’am the issue would be an issue if you just attended to your table. Horrible experience and for the manager not to come to the table and check on us after that was dumb… we also had to go to a hostes stand and find our own to go boxes cuz no one would bring us them…

I had a reservation for 8 and didn't get seated till 8:45 and then the food was ok but luckily they offered to replace the dishes

Overall everything was great except the women’s restroom was a mess. Garbage can was full and a few stalls were out of TP. Never seen it like that.

We were there on Christmas Eve at 5:45 with a party of 6. It was busy and it took quite a while to get our food. My son ordered a steak to be cooked medium. It came under cooked and looked like it hadn't even been flipped on the grill so it was sent back. They returned the same steak, this time over cooked. By the time everyone was finished eating, it was nearly 8:00 and was close to our grandsons' bedtime. Our server was doing his best but it appeared that you were under staffed on what should have been known to be a busy night. The server was very apologetic. I would have thought that a manager would have made some kind of adjustment to the bill but that didn't happen. My wife and I are visiting from out of town and I'm not sure if I could recommend your restaurant.

I was honestly super disappointed with the food. The pioozkie was amazing I have nothing negative to say there but neither one of us truly even ate the meal itself our pasta was cold and as first timers we were pretty disappointed

Went to BJs tonight to celebrate my birthday with my family. Definitely wasn’t the experience we planned. Appetizer got delivered to the wrong table so we cancelled it as our dinner was almost coming out. Dinner came out and my pizza was barely warm, daughter’s broccoli was cold, asked for a box and it never came so had to ask again, drinks were never refilled. Truly dissatisfied!
