Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We had a reservation for Christmas Eve. Despite being a little shorthanded, the staff did a great job!

Restaurant wasn’t staffed well for the holiday crowd. Had a 5:30 reservation but didn’t get sat for 50 minutes despite being told 5 minutes when we checked in. Several open tables were available including the one we ultimately got sat in. Service wasn’t great, waiter didn’t communicate kitchen issues well & it took us 2.5 hours from arrival to our check. Out of Ribs and mini pizzas, waiting made a decision for our table which ultimately was fine but asking first should’ve happened. Comped our appetizer bc it was way too long to arrive, yet we never once saw or heard from a manager to apologize for the issues or inconvenience. Food quality was fine but for the prices BJs charges, you’d expect a better experience. Very disappointing

Maybe because it was Christmas Eve but reservations meant very little ~ they were not prepared for all the reservations that were made. We waited 35 min past our time while others 1.5 hours!!

Had a burger. Pretty average. Had fake smoke taste like Burger King. Burped it up for hours. French fries were cold and dry. Sitting out for a long time unless they recycle them. Ordered fresh one. Waitress not around much considering it was a Friday night and the place was pretty empty at 6pm. Got busier as the night went along.

Reservations at 6 for 6 adults 4 children. Took 1 hr and 15 min to get our dinner. Offered free cookies to make up for inconvenience. After the long wait only 1/2 the food was hot. The entire dinner plus cookies took a total of 2 hrs and 25 min.

Our party was a little hectic but we still got great service. I don’t remember our servers name, but she handled our table very well. We had a reservation for 8-10 people and they had a table ready on time even in a packed house. The food was pretty good and they had a lot of variety. Drinks and appetizers were a little pricey. The atmosphere was clean and casual with football games on every tv. Our family was excited to see each other so there may have been moments where we were the noisy table. But I don’t think it ever felt excessively loud and nobody seemed bothered by the noise level. It was not hard to converse to each other over a large table. We had a great time and would go back again.

My daughter chose this restaurant for a special occasion to celebrate and it just didn't live up to the previous times we had visited.
