Food and service was great. We made a reservation and they did not seat us until 20 minutes after our reservation. They need to operate their reservation system properly so the dozens of people waiting, aren’t.

$21 Asian salad had only 5 paper thin 1” squares of ahi tuna. No lettuce, all weeds and mushy tomatoes that were soft and gritty. Very poor value.

Service and kitchen were awful. Appetizer plates never got cleared the whole meal. Pizzokies were over cooked to a brown crisp. When asking for a box to go they forgot and we had to get up to ask them. No check in to see how things were going.

Wouldn't suggest for NYE, thats for sure. 90 minute wait on food, most of which was cold. Waiter was accomadting at the end and got a fair amount of the check covered but was not a good way to start NYE,

Service was excellent except one of my pet peeves is they brought our salads and two minutes later our dinners arrived. I dislike when that happens. No reason for that to happen if the kitchen is paying attention

Restaurant wasn’t staffed well for the holiday crowd. Had a 5:30 reservation but didn’t get sat for 50 minutes despite being told 5 minutes when we checked in. Several open tables were available including the one we ultimately got sat in. Service wasn’t great, waiter didn’t communicate kitchen issues well & it took us 2.5 hours from arrival to our check. Out of Ribs and mini pizzas, waiting made a decision for our table which ultimately was fine but asking first should’ve happened. Comped our appetizer bc it was way too long to arrive, yet we never once saw or heard from a manager to apologize for the issues or inconvenience. Food quality was fine but for the prices BJs charges, you’d expect a better experience. Very disappointing
