   This has to be the best restaurant in all of St. Martin. The lobster thermidor is the best I've ever tasted!! Great time and we will be back.

   The Lobster is amazing! It was great fun for one of our teens to pick out his own lobster, and then experiment with having it both as Thermador (his favorite) and grilled with lemon butter. All of the other dishes were excellent, as well. The service is warm, timely and a pleasure to experience with the genuine friendliness of the entire staff!! This is also a family-friendly place with a casual, fun atmosphere!

   We have done fine dining every night on the island and this has been our best experience. Food was excellent and there is a strong wine list. What stood out was the service vs other restaurants…very attentive, but non intrusive. Highly recommend!

   If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in St. Maarten, this restaurant is a must-visit! Over the past five days of indulging in local cuisine, this was by far the most delicious meal we had. We started with the crab eggplant appetizer, which was absolutely amazing—refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick things off. For the main course, I had the lobster done two ways. Both preparations were exceptional. What elevated the meal was the wine pairing; it complemented each course perfectly, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. The service here was the highlight, though. The staff made us feel like family—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best possible experience. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it truly made a difference. I’m already looking forward to trying their sister restaurant in New York. If this meal is any indication, I know I won’t be disappointed!

   Very pricey which is fine but the service was terrible. From the minute we arrived where the manager snapped at us. Until we left. We sat for 20 minutes with no one. Oming to take our drink order. Then our drinks came with our appetizers. Shortly later our food arrived and then we had to ask three times for our check and it took another 20 minutes. Food was good but many other options on the island So skip this one. Totally not worth it.

   The food and surroundings were great, and it was fun to watch patrons having photos with the lobsters they had chosen from the tank. However, it took an hour for our food to arrive (both were regular menu items with no special preparation). Perhaps our order was misplaced for a time, but no one came to our table to explain the delay.
