I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bincho Boss with a group of eight, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our table was ready and that we had everything we needed. The menu at Bincho Boss is incredibly diverse, with a wide range of traditional Japanese dishes to choose from. We opted to share a variety of small plates, including edamame, gyoza, and tempura, all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The highlight of our meal, however, was the complimentary additional chicken teriyaki that the chef generously provided. The dish was tender, juicy, and smothered in a rich, savory sauce that complemented the other flavors on the table perfectly. Throughout our meal, the service was top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with our experience at Bincho Boss. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. I would highly recommend Bincho Boss to anyone looking for a great Japanese dining experience. In fact, I'm already planning our next visit! Firstly, food was fantastic. Chef is a master craftsman, coupled with delicious flavours and excellent portion size. Waiter was very friendly and very respectful. But unfortunately this was the only positive part of our dining experience. The ambience was very loud and crying babies with parents who didn't seem to make an effort to comfort the child. Dinner service for an establishment charging high end prices should always have restrictions on children below a certain age. The service was extremely slow. Within the first hour, we had only been served our entree for the set menu and the whole service took 2.5h. The restaurant did not seem overly busy with lots of staff on hand which didn't make sense as to why our food took so long. Amazing food, with so much potential but the service and ambience does not reflect the fine dining experience expected with the prices charged.

We booked this restaurant for my partners birthday. The food was amazing!! Definitely the perfect treat meal. They even put a little candle in our dessert which was a really nice touch.

I think I just found my new favorite restaurant. The truffle soy is absolutely divine! Good cocktail list too!

The food was exquisite and the Japanese beer menu was extraordinary. The sashimi was melt in your mouth, wagyu was oh so good. Our waitress had fun with our humour. A good vibe, no pretence & quality service & fellow diners. Defo be back!

Absolutely outstanding. The service and food were impeccable. Good atmosphere. We had the degustation and two in our party were vegetarian and the selections were fragrant and tasty and such high quality. The corn ribs, sushi and Yuzu dessert were a highlight and the sashimi plate was so fresh. Cannot recommend enough.

We came for NYE dinner with the set menu. We loved that they accommodated to all our dietary requirements especially in instances we thought they couldn't. Thank you so much to the staff who served us and for keeping the restaurant open till we (the last ones!) had finished our meals - without rushing us too. Would highly recommend!
