   Was good just not fresh. I think going while it is busy is the play. But for the price it should not matter sadly it does

   A great place with excellent food. Great staff and nice ambiance combined with fine food and drink make this an excellent choice for dining with friends and family, I could become a regular patron, loved it

   Very good experience. I had the halibut entree but they had changed it to sea bass. Cooked perfectly, crispy skin served skin side up with beurre blanc on side. Smart. Some really yummy pickled veg and roasted potatoes with broccolini. Enjoyed every morsel. My friend had burger and parm fries…very delicious but burger was quite greasy and fries not as crisp as they could’ve been. Server seemed like she was in a hurry so made us feel a bit rushed but was very pleasant and friendly. Expensive but par for the course these days. Best value was the burger. Will definitely go again and highly recommend to those food lovers out there.

   We come here often so we really do love this restaurant. Sadly, our last experience was nothing like our past ones. The server didn’t know how to open or serve wine. She held our glasses by the cup and poured the wine by holding the top of the bottle near the opening, it was really awkward to watch and also left her hand prints all over our glasses. She also didn’t offer us water refills. And rushed us through our dinner, bringing our bill before we asked or were even finished. This was a one off experience though, because in the past, every single other time has been amazing. By far, our favourite steaks we’ve almost ever had and the apps and drinks are delicious. Love how quiet and private it often feels. Some more attention to new employees maybe, just so that they don’t turn off someone whom it may be their first experience. I would def recommend this place and would go again in hopes that the server that served us was maybe having an off day or was super new and inexperienced.

   We have been to this dining establishment a few times and it has never failed to delight. This time we enjoyed beet cured salmon and lox appetizer, chateaubriand for two and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Our server was Ella and we found her to be attentive (just the right amount), professional and a light conversationalist which absolutely perfect. We truly appreciated the special menu that was offered the evening we were there (Valentine’s Day). We will continue to return as it is that enjoyable.

    The food was very good. Only issue was I made the booking 3 weeks prior and open table said there was only 1 time slot available. It was 5pm. After being seated the restaurant had only 2 tables with guests. We had our entire meal and the restaurant was only 40 % filled. Our waitress said that our 2 hour limit was up. We would of stayed awhile longer but our slot was up. After spending 300 plus and seeing that the restaurant wasn't full I was a little perturbed that we felt we had to leave.
