    Food was not up to par with most Italian restaurants. I had to send back my Bolognese. It was extreme amounts of salt. They did fix the problem by giving me a plate. We also ordered the pizzas. We could not tell the difference between the margarita in the four cheeses. They look very similar and there was no taste really to them. I do appreciate that they have a wood fire-burning pizza oven. I wish they would use a stalker yeast for the dough for their pizza. On the other hand, the waiter and staff were amazing and worked with us. His name was Manu (I). I'm not sure if I'll be returning there again.

    Our waiter was very nice. It took over an hour to get our food. In all fairness, they were very busy with 2 large groups. My husband’s dish came out first, followed by mine 10 min later. My first martini was served with ice in a wine glass (sent back), my second one was served in a champagne glass. The food was good. We were told that the GM and chef were new since we were there last (2 months). We might go back during the week. Hopefully it will improve the wait time for the food.

    The food and drinks were really good. However, they were really, really, really, short staffed. The restaurant was not full when we got there and it took a long time for them to take our orders and even get us drinks. The bartender was serving food at the tables. The food was really good so I would love for them to succeed, and maybe it was just an off night that someone called off. I would definitely give them a second chance.

    I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now always Loved the food and the ambiance is very warm and inviting. But lately each time that I’ve gone service has been getting a little slower each time I’ve gone, but once you order your food it comes out fast and it is enjoyable to have a view of the chiefs cooking your meal!

    Our first sign should have been that there were hardly any people in the restaurant. As we sat down for our meal some friends of ours entered to check it out. Mind you, our friends are Italian, well one Italian one Sicilian. They were excited to try Biest too. While the atmosphere is charming, that of a culinary experience, the food is just ok. For the prices they charge and the location--this place is a hard pass. Our server was barely attentive and my husband never got a refill on water. Water! The dishes were just mediocre. Our friends were disappointed as well. Too expensive for what you get. Take the time to drive further out for better food for around the same price point.

    The food was amazing from the beef tartare, to the short rib papardelle and penne alla vodka, the mashed potatoes, the old fashioned and the Bellini martini. We did get the panna cotta for dessert which was a bit too sweet but overall the food was delicious and I can't wait to come back next time.

    Our waiter was Audrey. She is not my favorite waitress at all. Me and my partner like Biest at least once a month. We just pray we never get Audrey for our waitress. I had a reservation. I was seated by someone else. Then Audrey shows up finally and asks me with her racist attitude, “do you have a reservation?” Not kind at all. Like if I didn’t you’d put me out. It was so unnecessary. Just wait on me! We were the only patrons there at 5:30 pm. No other guests were there. It took Audrey forever to bring bread and some pesto spread. It took her forever to serve us and she just stands there doing nothing. I really love Biest, but Audrey I can’t stand her service.
