I took my family here for Valentine's Day and I was quickly reminded why I hate dining in at this location. The management is poor. We were seated promptly but was left at the table with no water or bread for 25mins. Waitstaff passed our table and didn't bother to ask if we were ok. One manager was expediting food and another was on the floor. I made eye contact but no help. A trio sat next to us and was served bread immediately. Two waitresses check on them. No one checked on us. Then that waitress told us she was not our server. I asked the hostess for bread but she was super busy. Eventually a waitress with burgundy hair and pink bows came. No apologies, no eye contact, didn't offer us water or bread while we waited or introduced herself. She took our order and left. I had to stop her to ask for bread and to take the menus away. A different waitress brought our soft drinks but our beer and wine was in limbo. The manager who was in the kitchen who had a silk scarf on his head came to check on our table and tried to expedite our drinks and asked to take our order (again). He was very nice and apologetic. The waitress who brought out soft drinks jumped in to help get our bar order and started to check on us. The waitress with the pink bows in her hair finally brought our food. By the time we got it, we weren't very hungry. We just wanted to leave. The floor manager stopped by and asked if we were all set. It was too little too late. The food didn't taste great...bland. and it wasnt well presented. We never saw the waitress with the pink bows again. Last time I saw her, she was standing by the kitchen counter playing in her hair. The nice waitress who brought our drinks , handed us the bill and checked on us a final time. It was a busy night and it just seemed as if they've never been that busy before. However, when it isn't as busy, the service has been poor. I equate it to the management. The staff is only as good as their leadership. I won't dine there again.

The server, Alexis M. was so pleasant and courteous! The portions were filling and tasty. We brought half each home and enjoyed them the next day. Being able to use a coupon discount was definitely another perk.

The staff dealt with another patron’s medical emergency during our visit with sensitivity. Our server Nick was amazing.

Kitchen slow, pizza came out late and still undercooked was all doughy with flour all over the bottom. Floor was noticeably dirty with food on it. Prices were outrageous for a pepperoni pizza that was like a throw in kid's meal pizza.

Three adults and two children. I was halfway done with my meal before my childrens spaghetti and meatballs came to the table. The restaurant was quiet with many staff members on a Friday at 5pm. The adults were feeding the kids from their plates and by the time the kids meals arrived, my kids were full. The stuff (pizza makers and hosts were awesome with my kids).

The food was delicious; however, I’d like you to suggest menu options for vegan eaters. I had eggplant parmigiana, which was tasty, but I’d prefer to have vegan cheese offered. I also would love a vegan mushroom risotto as an option. The service was excellent. I appreciated the electronic coupon discount.

Salads were so fresh and the chicken piccata was great. The mini cannolis were excellent. All the staff members were so friendly

If you can't handle 4-5 tables on Christmas then you shouldn't be open on Christmas. It was not bust but the server was scatter3ed and spread thin. Forgotten food, cold food, a half hour for water. Food staggered out incorrectly. It was a mess.
