We waited over an hour from our reservation time to be seated. Reservations mean absolutely nothing to them. There were tons of unhappy customers, Terrible customer experience. Benihana you need to care more about your guests!! There are many other restaurants in Temecula that people can and can will choose to eat at.

The chef and food were excellent. But the service was extremely slow and uneven. It took far too long between courses. The table next to us sat there for an hour waiting for their chef. It wasn’t the quality of the staff, but the quantity. The restaurant was overbooked for the number of people working.

I had expected the same dining experience I've had in the past. I was completely disappointed when I entered. Had reservations but seated 45 min late. It was like dining in a sports bar. It's a sports bar atmosphere ALL THE WAY. You enter with a bar and customers in sweats and T-shirts. They're not enforcing their dress policy. Won't be returning. Going to Shogun from now on. The only consolation was our chef and the food was very tasty.

Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait around an additional 30 minutes. This restaurant was OK, the food was good, however, the portions were small compared to what you pay.

If you want to have a memorable experience, this is the spot! It has high-energy atmosphere, super friendly/helpful servers and chefs, and tasty food! It’s about a 2 hour experience when you sit at the group tables. Had an amazing time and amazing food!

It is customary for me to celebrate my birthday at Benihana's, therefore I decided to try this location for my celebration this year. It started off with me being seated at a table directly facing the sun of which I had to ask to be moved. The waitress was friendly, yet forgetful. The chef was entertaining but a bit offensive. The food was cooked to my liking and as I requested. Afterward, I was served the complimentary ice cream scoop and sang the birthday song but was not offered a picture nor green tea during or after my meal. In addition, the waitress forgot my ginger sauce, which is my favorite condiment. I would say that I have had better experiences at other locations.

Always a good place to catch up with a friend or celebrate a special event… sundays are pretty exclusive.

First off we had reservarions at 5:30pm and were seated 45 minutes late. The server did a great job making sure we had what we needed. I brought 5 people that hadn’t ever been so The problem was the hibachi chef he was horrible. He didn’t put on a show at all he asked if we like football which I do but didn’t come to talk about sports but he continued talking football for 5 or 6 minutes, then was just cooking and not talking at all. No, jokes, no show, while the chefs to the left and right were putting on great shows We spent a total of 650.00. Not including the 20 tip that was given to the chefs for just showing up. Extremely disappointed. I don’t expect anything to be done for wasted money as business don’t care about their customers.
